Dongguan Shengjia Hardware Products Co.,Ltd, wholly-owned subsidiary of Shengjia Group Industrial Co.,Ltd, founded in 2003,which is a comprehensive manufacturer of Design,D&R, Production, Sales.The factory occupies 4'500 square meter in floor space,employs 100 or so skilled worker,Prouducts are content of specialize in CNC Machining parts,metal stamping products,metal casting products.which can be largely applicated in some fields from automobile,machinery,appliances,surveilance control,mould,furniture,daily consumption products
From beginning,we strictly complied with ISO Quality Management System Standards, released a sound company management systems,passed ISO9001:2008 International Quality Management System certified by “UKAS” in 2009, but also we made a sound production procedure chart, controlled the quality from production source—all the materials should pass “RoHS” compliant; Meanwhile, Being equiped with some advanced testing instruments,such as optical double axial tester, Salty Spray Tester, coating thickness tester, sclerometer and so on, which accordingly enhance the products detectability.
At present we had rich experienced QC staffs, purchasers, conduct strict inspection standards for material incoming, manufacture procedure and products subcontract, which provide a strong guarantee for our products quality.Our sophisticated engineers can be responsible for turnkey service from making proe drawing,mould production and maitainance to sample finishing ,our positive power sales team can provide sales service and technical supporting in smooth english so that reduce risk of procure at maximium,can accurate position what customer require ,and serve customer in time.
